Qingsheng ZHU

Dr. Qingsheng ZHU is a professor of Computer Science of Chongqing University and director of Key Lab. of Software Theory & Technology in Chongqing. He was a visiting scholar at the University of London from 1993 to 1994 and a visiting professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago from 2001 to 2002. He obtained an Outstanding Young Teacher awarded by Ministry of Education of China in 1996 and an Academic Leader of Computer Science awarded by Chongqing Government in 2008.
He was responsible for 3 National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 National Science and Technology Support Programs, and 2 National 863 Programs. He has also finished more than 10 projects from Ministry of Education or Chongqing Science and Technology Bureau. He won 7 science and technology awards and has 13 authorized Chinese patents. He published over 100 papers in SCI journals. His research interests are service-oriented software engineering, machine learning, data mining and outlier detection.
